The hot season does not come alone, and anyone’s mouth waters when they see an ice cream in 40 degrees in the shade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many ways to cool off in a healthy way, and today we’re going to tell you about one that will win over even the youngest members of the family: watermelon ice cream<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We thought there could be nothing cooler than a slice of fresh watermelon, but we have found its full potential. With fresh fruit <\/strong>you can make any kind of ice cream, and the best thing is that with the sweet taste of watermelon you don’t need to add sugars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Use a blender to make the watermelon as liquid as possible. Put it in the ice cream mould in the shape of your choice and fill it about \u00be full. We left a space to add other ingredients, but you could make it all watermelon.<\/li>
  2. Leave it in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours. Remove and add the new flavour. We like to add vegetable milk or drink, coconut milk for example gives it a very rich flavour.<\/li>
  3. Put it back in the freezer and keep it for another 3 or 4 hours. To make it look like watermelon, you can add a third greenish ingredient, such as a milkshake or some natural fruit yoghurt. Complete your ice cream and put it back in the freezer for another 3 hours.
