One more year the heat arrives and that means that our fields start to fill up with watermelons and melons. As with each of the steps involved in the product, it is necessary to prepare the soil, making sure that it can offer us optimum conditions to receive each seed and get the best out of it.

As the days lengthen, and the heat intensifies, our melons and watermelons are inspected daily for size, colour and sweetness until they reach the peak of perfect ripeness. Over the course of these weeks, we begin with the harvesting of the first Galia melons, followed by the white watermelon and culminating with the Cantaloupe melons. This meticulous process ensures that each fruit is a reflection of our commitment to quality and dedication.
